Fine Sports Cars has constructed 11 Ford GT40 MK I 289 automobiles, and 5 Ford GT40 MK II 427 automobiles. The original MK I was introduced by Ford in late 1964, and the MK II was built for the Le Mans 24 hour race. It was the black Ford GT40 427 which won this race with Bruce McLaren and Chris Amon aboard.
