Bill Freeman – Chief Executive Officer
Bill Freeman
 
Bill Freeman is Chief Executive Officer of Fine Sports Cars. He has extensive experience in all aspects of race car sales, global marketing, automobile racing management and operations - including financing, leasing, registering and insuring race vehicles.
 
Bill was the originator and supervisor for all aspects of a new Ferrari I.M.S.A team. From 1976 - 1985 he partnered with Paul Newman in the Newman Freeman Racing Team based in Santa Barbara, California. As General Manager, he managed this professional automobile racing company, which included all aspects of the operation. The company specialized in Indy Cars, CAN-AM, and other high performance automobiles.

Bill is credited as the man who introduced Paul Newman to auto racing. The “Newman/Freeman” racing team dominated North America's Can-Am series in its Budweiser sponsored Lola team.
 
Bill also showed his expertise in selecting new, young talent as evidenced by signing on Keke Rosberg, former Formula One driver on the World Championship Williams Saudia team, to the Newman/Freeman Can-Am team; along with other divers including Danny Sullivan, Teo Fabi, Elliott Forbes-Robinson, and Bobby Rahal.

Paul Newman and Bill Freeman drove many S.C.C.A. and I.M.S.A. events together, including the Sebring 12 hour endurance sports car race.

Bill was also S.C.C.A. National Champion in his Porsche during this period and drove many other cars including a 427 Cobra, I.M.S.A. Corvette, Trans-Am Camaro, Ferrari, Lola, and McLaren. He was General Manager and Team Manager in 1982 and 1983 for a CART Indy Car Championship team in partnership with Dan Gurney's All American Racers in Santa Ana, California.

Dr. Michael Prior, Ph.D., D.B.A., Ed.D.
President
 
Michael Prior is President of Fine Sports Cars and is responsible for the company's Global Business Development. He is first and foremost a sports car enthusiast and has a background of 30 years building global partnerships and business networks. Michael developed and implemented Fine Sports Cars new global expansion strategy and international business model. He is the company’s liason contact for our consulting engineers and responsible for the ongoing development of our global business model.

His vision is for Fine Sports Cars to become globally synonymous with recreating rare sports racing cars. Michael strongly believes that, as with all works of art, especially rolling automotive sculpture, that originality, documentation, and provenance will ensure the future value of Fine Sports Cars automobiles for the company’s clients. To ensure the historical accuracy and provenance of the cars offered, Michael has engaged some of motorsport's most legendary engineers, designers, coachbuilders, and race drivers to assist Fine Sports Cars in recreating the world's rarest cars.

Michael developed Fine Sports Cars' Classic Car Collections.“Our Classic Car Collections are unique and highly collectable works of automotive art - these are legendary cars that recognize and represent their owner's taste, flair, drive, and ambition, and are destined to become prized possessions.” The cars in each collection are unique in their own right and represent a special era in motorsport history during the world's golden age of competizione motorsports. Michael designed these “must have” collections for the ultimate enthusiast, each collection offers a terrific value proposition for the serious collector.

Today there are simply too few original and rare sports racing cars to satisfy the world’s sports car enthusiasts and historic race car drivers. Under Michael's strategic direction, Fine Sports Cars will continue to strengthen its global business model, to offer the world's most extensive range of remanufactured and sanctioned sports racing cars.
 

 
Michael holds Doctorates in Business Education and Leadership (Ed.D.) from Pepperdine University; Business Administration and Marketing (DBA) from Nova Southeastern University; and a Ph.D. in International Management and Business Innovation from the International School of Management in Paris, France. He was also selected as a Worldwide Who’s Who VIP of the Year in 2012.

Les Pioch – Chief Executive Officer and Investor Relations
 
Les Pioch joined Fine Sports Cars in 2011 to complete the Executive Management Team, bringing his professional financial structuring and partnership experience for a multitude of projects requiring investment partners. As director of his own North American investment company, Les has over 25 years experience managing and operating both private and institutional investment partnerships. He is an avid enthusiast of both classic and vintage automobiles and motorcycles, and owns his own eclectic collection of motorcycles.
